★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido, orientado e percebi todos os tramites na normalidade, apenas não concordo com regulamentações escritas que não se sabe por quem e com que interresse que geralmente controlam monopólios, neste caso de mudança ou aperfeiçoamento desta regulamentações não visualizo ou percebo esforços neste sentido.
