★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra vender eles dão a maior atenção, se bobear te ligam 1000x ao dia, mas quando o projeto da casa da erra que foi o meu caso, eu fui desfazer o contrato, pq o prometido não estava sendo feito, é o maior descaso, se eu não procurar, eles não estão nem aí, não recomendo a ACLA ?????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra vender dão 100% de atenção, passam como se fosse tudo perfeito e que não teríamos problema nenhum pós venda porque teoricamente eles RESOLVEM TUDO PARA O CLIENTE. O grande lance é a prática. Simplesmente acham que você que tem que resolver com o construtor, quando nem contato dos mesmos eles passam, acham que temos que estar disponível pra eles a qualquer hora e qualquer dia, mas eles NUNCA estão disponível para nos ajudar.
To sell they give 100% attention, they pass as if everything were perfect and that we would have no problem after sales because theoretically they SOLVE EVERYTHING FOR THE CUSTOMER. The big deal is practice. They simply think that you have to deal with the builder, when they do not even contact them, they think we have to be available to them anytime and any day, but they are NEVER available to help us.
