★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá, senhores da ACLF minha unidade adquirida há 3 anos vem sofrendo várias rachaduras, vocês trocam as cerâmicas e preenchem os rachões nas paredes. E informam que se trata da adequação do terreno com a estrutura... E aí? A garantia será prolongada até os rachões pararem de aparecer? Por não começarem a vender após a adequação do terreno, os fazer terraplanagem/alicerce que suporte essa adequação? Não tenho respostas.... fico na unidade até para os serviços de garantia, com muito incoveniente
Hello, gentlemen of ACLF, my unit acquired 3 years ago has been suffering several cracks, you change the ceramics and fill the cracks in the walls. And they inform that it is about the suitability of the land with the structure... And then? Will the warranty be extended until the cracks stop showing? Why not start selling after the suitability of the land, do them earthworks / foundation that supports this suitability? I have no answers.... I stay in the unit even for warranty services, with a lot of inconvenience
