★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiz uns exames nessa clínica um tempo eu não lembro quando foi mas foi bem atendida quando foi agora minha médica passou de novo outros exames e eu fui atrás dessa clínica que eu gostei muito atendimento é maravilhoso eles são amorosos e é tudo de bom indico sim
I had some tests done at this clinic for a while I don't remember when it was but it was well attended when it was now my doctor passed other tests again and I went after this clinic I liked it a lot the service is wonderful they are loving and it's all good I nominate yes

Exames sao bem rápidos na parte de imagem, local é agradável mas tempo de espera para Dr. Monica é em torno de 4 horas. Absurdo o tempo de espera. Precisa melhorar a organização da fila de espera com hora marcada.
Location leaves something to be desired in terms of waiting time for some queries.
Exams are very fast in the imaging part, the place is pleasant but waiting time for Dr. Monica is around 4 hours. Absurd wait time. Need to improve the organization of the waiting line by appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro contato, infelizmente não gostei. Em primeiro lugar marcaram o exame para as 17:00 via WhatsApp, mas já são 18:16 e ainda nada de sermos chamados para o exame, em segundo os funcionários incluindo o segurança foram embora deixando a recepção vazia.
First contact, unfortunately I didn't like it. Firstly, the exam was scheduled for 5:00 pm via WhatsApp, but it is already 6:16 pm and we still haven't been called for the exam, secondly, the employees, including the security guard, left leaving the reception empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A maior nota com certeza é para o doutor Luciano, o melhor médico que já fui. Acompanhou todo o meu pré natal e indico de olhos fechados. Atendimento via whatsapp também é rápido, porém, o tempo de espera na clínica é muito grande, recepção sempre lotada, falta uma infraestrutura melhor para receber os pacientes que aguardam.
The biggest note is certainly for Dr. Luciano, the best doctor I've ever been. It followed all my prenatal care and I recommend it with my eyes closed. Service via whatsapp is also fast, however, the waiting time at the clinic is very long, reception is always crowded, there is a lack of better infrastructure to receive patients who are waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fazem um falso agendamento, mas na realidade atendem por ordem de chegada. Cheguei 8:30 para meu falso agendamento de 9h e somente fui ser atendida 11:30. Clínica lotada, sem lugar para sentar, com somente um banheiro para atender 50 grávidas. E já que vão fazer uma grávida esperar 3h por um atendimento poderiam pelo menos disponibilizar um lanche. O médico fez um ultrassom morfológico de gêmeos em 6min, como avalia dois bebês em 6min???? Não recomendo!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica possui ótimos profissionais, é organizada, limpa, tem um estacionamento pago ao lado (acessível para bicicletas) e nunca demorei muito tempo para ser atendida. Você pode realizar os exames que os médicos passarem na própria clínica e tem a opção de agendar tudo via whatsapp também. Agendei um exame rapidamente hoje pelo wpp com um atendente chamado wesley sem nenhuma complicação, e ainda marquei uma consulta ja para entregar o resultado do exame.
Já me consultei com a Dra Laura, a Dra Jordânia e a Dra Fernanda, ambas são profissionais maravilhosas e as atendentes delas são super solícitas, sempre tiram minhas duvidas e me atendem super bem! Super indico a Clínica.
The clinic has great professionals, is organized, clean, has a paid parking next door (accessible for bicycles) and it never took me long to be attended to. You can perform the exams that the doctors pass at the clinic itself and you have the option to schedule everything via whatsapp as well. I scheduled an exam quickly today by wpp with an attendant called wesley without any complications, and I still made an appointment to deliver the exam result.
I've already consulted with Dr Laura, Dr Jordan and Dr Fernanda, both are wonderful professionals and their attendants are super helpful, they always take my doubts and serve me very well! I highly recommend the Clinic.
