Me venderam um produto que não tinha em estoque, o que caracteriza CRIME, solicitei devolução do valor e Amanda me disse que somente depois de UM MES pq eu tinha pago no meu cartão de crédito e é o prazo que demoraria pra ela receber da operadora. Ok, a anta esperou, era pra eu ir retirar o dinheiro em 23/03 e não retirei, agora dia 28/03 fui no estabelecimento as funcionarias SE NEGARAM A DEVOLVER MEU DINHEIRO só pq a tal Amanda não estava presente. Vocês acham que é bagunçado? Que eu tenho tempo disponível pra andar pra cima e pra baixo?! Que sou trouxa??? Vou é no PROCON!
Poor local experiences, would never go back.
They sold me a product that was not in stock, which characterizes CRIME, I requested a refund of the value and Amanda told me that only after ONE MONTH because I had paid on my credit card and the time it would take for her to receive from the operator. Okay, the anta waited, I was supposed to go get the money on March 23 and I did not retire, now on March 28 I went to the establishment the officials refused to give me back my money just because this Amanda was not present. Do you think it's messy? That I have enough time to walk up and down ?! What am I? I'll be at PROCON!

Liguei e o sr.Inacio me deixou falando sozinha no telefone.
Total falta de respeito com o consumidor.
Terrible.
They didn't bring all the material.
They were supposed to bring the rest later and they didn't.
I called and Mr. Inacio left me talking alone on the phone.
Total lack of respect for the consumer.
