★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não compre nessa loja Aço Para Jurunas eles não trocam o seu produto. Comprei um monte de materiais a vista e quando precisei que trocasse dois sacos de argamassa eles não trocaram . Voces não vão pegar o nosso dinheiro e nos construímos e reformamos imóveis.
Do not buy at this store Steel For Jurunas they do not exchange your product. I bought a lot of materials in sight and when I needed to change two bags of mortar they did not change. You are not going to take our money and we build and renovate properties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito lento...fui sábado passado, só tinha eu como cliente e passei mais de 30min, p comprar 3 itens simples e pequenos. Como funciona: vc pede o produto à vendedora, depois vai ao caixa, vai p a expedição p pegar o produto (aí começa a complicar, lentíssimo) e finalmente quando está separado ( vc acha que tudo se resolveu)...mas ai o expedidor manda vc voltar ao caixa p pegar a nota fiscal e ai sim vc volta com ele o produto. Resumo: muita burocracia p comprar, só volto se for meu caminho.
Very slow service ... I went last Saturday, only I was a customer and spent more than 30 minutes, p to buy 3 simple and small items. How it works: you ask the salesperson for the product, then you go to the cashier, you go to the expedition to get the product (then it starts to complicate, very slow) and finally when it is separated (you think everything has been resolved) ... send you back to the cashier to get the invoice and then yes you return the product with him. Summary: a lot of bureaucracy to buy, I'll only be back if it's my way.
