★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Descaso total com o cliente! Orcamento de validade de 1 dia...não dá nem tempo de acertar com o cliente. 3 dias depois já não tem p entrega ou não fazem valer o orçamento dado. Impossível trabalhar desse forma . Vou ao procon ver se isso é certo!

Fiz uma compra bem no final do expediente de ontem e precisava que fosse entregue ainda naquele dia. Todos não mediram esforços para a minha solicitação, desde separar a mercadoria ate conseguir um carreto para o transporte, que na ocasião estava quase impossível, mas conseguiram, dou nota 10 para esta equipe.
I am in awe of this company, very family staff there. Dedicated to work and serving others well. I made a purchase right at the end of the day yesterday and needed it to be delivered that day. Everyone spared no effort for my request, from separating the goods to getting a reel for transport, which at the time was almost impossible, but they managed, I give this team a 10.

Foi o despreparo e descaso da vendedora, além de não fazer o orçamento com atenção. Tratou como se tivesse nós fazendo um favor.
Aceitamos o valor, fechamos a compra e ela na falta de atenção e descanso não adicionou itens, mesmo eu tento falado com ela no mínimo duas vezes.
Enfim muito insatisfeito não pelo valor, pois sabemos que tudo está caro hoje em dia, mais pela a péssima vendedora que nos atendeu.
Jamais indicarei pra ninguém, afinal o mínimo que a empresa tem que ter é um bom atendimento, com qualidade e educação.
