Quando liguei para saber da cotação, foi grossa no telefone falando que não retornou pq estava viajando, e que não iria nos atender pq não eramos cliente dela! Péssima profissional. Só atende quem lhe convém.
I made a request for a quote to Isabella seller on 10/29, and I have no return until today. When I called to find out about the quote, she was rude on the phone saying that she didn't return because she was traveling, and that she wouldn't answer us because we weren't her client! Terrible professional. You only serve those who suit you.
