★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A casa é ampla, bem iluminada e arejada. Muito boa, mesmo! Uma cozinha bem equipada, grande, sala enorme, pé direito alto, móveis novos, não tem aquele cheirinho de mofo, característico de casas de praia, uma varanda gostosa, sala de TV isolada (quem não queria ver TV não precisava ficar escutando o som) mas integrada, dois bons banheiros e um lavabo, área de churrasco reservada, enfim, excelente em todos os aspectos. Inclusive, de fácil acesso à praia, caminhando pelas ruas asfaltadas do condomínio.
The house is large, well lit and airy. Really good! A well-equipped kitchen, large, huge living room, high ceilings, new furniture, doesn't have that musty smell, characteristic of beach houses, a nice balcony, isolated TV room (who didn't want to watch TV didn't have to listen to the sound ) but integrated, two good bathrooms and a toilet, reserved barbecue area, in short, excellent in all aspects. Even with easy access to the beach, walking through the paved streets of the condominium.
