I called to ask for information and the attendant was very rude and hung up on me! When I called next, she didn't answer me, not to mention the disdainful voice when I questioned her about some things!

Péssima Advocacia e assessoria de Cobrança.
Cliente devem processar está empresa para lhes ensinarem a contratam funcionários competentes.
Worst Advocacy I've ever seen in life, operators super poorly educated, ironic, without any ethics, only mediocre companies will hire this Acosta company to represent them.
Poor Advocacy and collection advice.
Client should sue this company to teach them to hire competent employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho pago um acordo negociação todo mês, mas esta empresa liga antes , durante e depois, funcionários muito mal educados, não deixam que o cliente fale , desligam o telefone na sua cara. Nunca recomendável esta empresa. MUITO ANTI PROFISSIONAL ???
I have paid a negotiation agreement every month, but this company calls before, during and after, very rude employees, they do not let the customer speak, they hang up on you. We never recommend this company. VERY ANTI PROFESSIONAL ???

Venho por meio desta, fazer uma reclamção do atendimento ao cliente via Whatsapp da colaboradora Elisabete Santos. Muito mal educada, não sabe passar as informações corretamente, fiz um acordo com vocês onde este mês não tive condições de fazer o pagamento na data estipulada. Simplesmente a colaboradora de vocês me passou a seguinte informação (SE NÃO TIVESSE CONDIÇÃO A SENHORA NÃO TERIA FEITO O ACORDO). Que empresa é esta, que não se importa com o serviços prestados aos clientes! Fica aqui o meu lamento por está pessima experiencia com o atendimento ao cliente. Estarei encaminhando via e-mail prints da conversas! Para não expor o o número da da Colaboradora Elisabete Santos.Já entrei em contato com a Supervisão e já deixei minha insatifação também.
