Tive sim um contratempo com a CASACARNE que ficou tudo resolvido mais quando chega a minha humilde casa o Gerente da loja CASACARNE Leônidas a minha surpresa foi muita. Já havia resolvido tudo diretamente com o proprietário Bruno.
Achei as palavras, esta empresa CASACARNE na minha visão ela só não visa os lucros como todas as outras CAPITALISTAS ela se coloca no seu lugar, no lugar do outro e quer o melhor para você e passa isso para todos seus funcionários.

I did have a mishap with CASACARNE that was all resolved but when the manager of the CASACARNE Leônidas store arrived at my humble house, my surprise was very much. I had already resolved everything directly with the owner Bruno.
I found the words, this company CASACARNE in my view, it just doesn't aim at profits like all other CAPITALISTS, it puts itself in your place, in the place of the other and wants the best for you and passes this on to all its employees.

São muito atenciosos no contato com o cliente ao mesmo tempo que vão notificando por e-mail o fazem também por watts então a gente sempre fica sabendo do processo da entrega até o produto chegar nas nossas mãos. Parabéns pelo trabalho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu comprei pela primeira no açougue devido a pandemia e virei fã. Os cortes vem bem feitos, embalados a vácuo, etiquetados etc. Não basta vender online, tem que ter excelência. E isso eles conseguem desde o atendimento até a a entrega de um produto de qualidade. Já comprei em outros locais e ninguém supera o Casa Carnes. Indico pra todos.
