 I bought some meat but I didn't receive my order because I had a request to cancel, they didn't reverse my money and it was given as a delivered order but I didn't receive anything, I try to talk to the store by calling and by message, view but don't respond

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vez vem preta carne, outra vez vem quente, outra vez atrasa duas horas, outra vez debitam o dinheiro e fingem que não tem pedido nenhum e colocam a culpa no ifood, sempre pedia pq é o único açougue no ifood com entrega grátis, mas o barato sai caro, nunca mais pior experiência
One time it comes black meat, another time it comes hot, another time it takes two hours, another time they charge the money and pretend they don't have any order and blame it on ifood, they always ask because it's the only butcher shop on ifood with free delivery, but cheap is expensive, never worse experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi pelo ifood duas vezes e nas duas atrasou mais de 2hrs do limite da entrega, veio errado na primeira vez. Não atendem o telefone e apenas dizem q tiveram problema com o motoqueiro. Além de não ter etiqueta com a pesagem, só tendo uma balança para garantir q chegou certo. Péssimo
I asked for ifood twice and both times it was delayed more than 2hrs before delivery time, it came wrong the first time. They don't answer the phone and just say they had a problem with the biker. In addition to not having a weighing label, only having a scale to ensure it arrived right. Terrible
