★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei perguntando se havia costela, alguém informou que sim. Perguntei até que horas ficaram abertos e informaram que até às 15h. Em NENHUM momento me falaram que tinha que fazer o pedido ou que não poderia ir até o locar retirar. Fui até o açougue buscar minha costela e a filha dos donos (numa grosseria sem tamanha) informou que não poderia entregar minha carne. Disse que eu deveria ter pedido pelo telefone. Detalhe: liguei antes e NINGUÉM me informou sobre isso. A questão é que os açougueiros estavam sem fazer nada. Enfim, perderam cliente.
I called asking if there was a rib, someone said yes. I asked until what time they were open and informed that until 15h. At NO time did they tell me that I had to place the order or that I couldn't go to the location to pick it up. I went to the butcher shop to get my ribs and the owners' daughter (in a rude way) said that I couldn't deliver my meat. He said I should have asked for it over the phone. Detail: I called before and NO ONE informed me about it. The point is that the butchers were doing nothing. Anyway, they lost a customer.
