Os aparelhos de musculação e esteiras são novos, em perfeitas condições, além de instrutores formados em educação física para supervisionar os usuários. Possui também piscina e aulas de natação. Possui também aulas de defesa pessoal (acredito que estão suspensas neste período de pandemia, devido ao contato físico entre os alunos). Preço razoável.
One of the best gyms in the region. It has air conditioning. The weight machines and treadmills are new, in perfect condition, in addition to instructors trained in physical education to supervise users. It also has a swimming pool and swimming lessons. It also has self-defense classes (I believe they are suspended in this pandemic period, due to physical contact between students). Reasonable price.
