★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de entregarem as roupas bem lavadas e cheirosas, nunca cumprem o prazo de entrega e não dão qualquer satisfação. Todas as vezes que deixei roupa com eles tive que ligar pra cobrar as roupas que estavam atrasadas porque eles não avisam nada.
Despite handing the washed and scented clothes, never meet the deadline and do not give any satisfaction. Every time I left clothes with them had to call to collect the clothes they were late because they do not tell anything.

Continuamos com o serviço e mancharam uma segunda camisa. Nesse caso, enviaram mensagem dizendo que tínhamos levado a camisa manchada. Quando fomos verificar no local, identificamos que a camisa havia sido lavada e a funcionária confirmou a mentira. Estamos aguardando o ressarcimento há meses, e até agora ninguém resolve.
Terrible service. They ripped the first shirt and wanted to send it to a seamstress to fix. It took months to recover.
We continued with the service and they stained a second shirt. In this case, they sent a message saying that we had taken the stained shirt. When we went to check on the spot, we identified that the shirt had been washed and the employee confirmed the lie. We've been waiting for a refund for months, and so far no one has resolved it.
