★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comecei a malhar lá há uma semana. Meu plano me dá direito a várias modalidades como musculação, natação, lutas e até dança. Estou curtindo muito! Galera gente fina, instrutores atenciosos e gentis, academia grande e completa.
 I started working out there a week ago. My plan entitles me to various modalities like bodybuilding, swimming, fights and even dancing. I'm enjoying it a lot! Fine folks, attentive and kind instructors, large and complete gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura é ótima. Os professores super atenciosos. A única coisa que precisa melhorar é o atendimento na recepção/telefone, com exceção da Lú (uma gracinha e sempre atenciosa com o aluno).
The structure is great. Super attentive teachers. The only thing that needs improvement is the service at the reception/telephone, with the exception of Lú (a cute and always attentive student).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A única estrela que dou é pela estrutura da academia,pois o atendimento é PÉSSIMO! Estive duas vezes no local,a primeira vez fui e fui muito mal atendida pela recepcionista do período da tarde e por isso não animei me matricular na academia. Passados alguns meses resolvi voltar e ver se algo mudava e teria um atendimento decente e para minha surpresa,nada mudou. Infelizmente fui atendida pela mesma mulher,quanta má vontade para passar informação,simplesmente entrega o papel,não explica nada,não tem um sorriso no rosto ( não estava ali para isso,mas é o mínimo que se espera de uma pessoa que lida com o público). Sinceramente Acqua Sport,acredito que se vocês prezam pelo cliente,essa não seria a melhor recepcionista para estar de frente. Se nem matriculado o aluno está e já é tratado assim,imagina depois que paga um plano Anual,como não será. Uma pena isso,pois a academia me pareceu ter uma mega estrutura.
