★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na quarentena do mês de março a acadêmia ficou fechada quase um mês e meio, e eles colocaram que quando a acadêmia voltasse, que quem quisesse o reembolso referente ao tempo que a acadêmia ficou fechada que tinha que ser feita a solicitação.
Fiz a solicitação minha e da minha mãe, a minha mãe teve o abatimento de uma mensalidade e meia.
Já eu não tive!
Fui duas vezes na acadêmia falei com todas as atendentes, tentei duas vezes falar pessoalmente com a gerente que na época era a Aleta, que por sinal nunca estava e não atendia o telefone e não respondia o whatsapp!!!!! Por fim, até hoje ninguém resolveu nada, nem tentaram entrar em contato comigo!
Agora pretendo receber em juízo.

Tem a possibilidade de fazer várias atividades com a mesma mensalidade, sai bem em conta em comparação à outras academias, índico para quem tem interesse em fazer outras atividades além de malhar ??
My son is currently swimming here, the teachers are attentive and very dedicated. You have the possibility to do several activities with the same tuition, it comes out well in comparison to other academies, I recommend for those who are interested in doing other activities besides working out ??

Por questões de saúde entrei em contato com a Academia Acquagym no início da pandemia para interromper a matrícula. Recentemente recebi autorização médica para retomar a atividade física e quando decidi voltar fui infomada que teria que pagar a mensalidade dos meses que não utilizei e havia solícitado o trancamento. Por várias vezes falei ao atendente, Sr. Júnior que havia solicitado o trancamento via wats e que o meu último prazo para voltar seria no dia 12 de maio. Desde esse dia venho tentando resolver essa situação mas simplesmente ele ignora que houve um erro interno, prefere repetir que a culpa foi minha e que devo pagar por meses, que nem que eu quisesse conseguiria retomar os treinos. Pior ainda é dizer que eu estive presente em aulas durante esse período. Depois de tantos anos sou tratada como mentirosa e inadimplente. Por diversas vezes realizei o pagamento das mensalidades mesmo sem ir as aulas, mas desta vez acho injusto pagar por algo que solicitei a interrupção e não utilizei. Um absurdo!!! Muito triste com essa situação...
UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!!!!!
For health reasons, I contacted Academia Acquagym at the beginning of the pandemic to stop enrollment. I recently received medical authorization to resume physical activity and when I decided to return I was informed that I would have to pay the monthly fee for the months that I did not use and had requested to be locked up. Several times I spoke to the attendant, Mr. Junior who had requested the lock via wats and that my last deadline to return would be on May 12th. Since that day I've been trying to solve this situation but he simply ignores that there was an internal error, he prefers to repeat that it was my fault and that I must pay for months, that even if I wanted to, I would be able to resume training. Even worse is to say that I was present in classes during this period. After so many years I am treated as a liar and a defaulter. Several times I paid the monthly fees even without going to classes, but this time I think it's unfair to pay for something that I requested to be interrupted and didn't use. An absurdity!!! Very sad about this situation...
