Great for buying gallon water and its accessories, great watermarks from various sources in Sao Paulo with deliveries or pickups on site and very good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal educado, atendimento péssimo. Pedi 2 galões e não me avisaram que a entrega demoraria, quase 3 horas depois liguei e fui tratado com falta de educação.
Rude, poor service. I ordered 2 gallons and they did not notify me that the delivery would take, almost 3 hours later I called and I was treated with lack of education.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumávamos pedir água mineral do Acqualão e eles eram eficientes. Porém, nas últimas vezes (3 vezes seguidas) eles não entregaram e não avisaram que não iriam entregar. Liguei diversas vezes para perguntar quando viriam e ficaram me enrolando falando que estava a caminho, iam mandar um cara imediatamente. No fim, eles me fizeram esperar o dia inteiro até o estabelecimento fechar, e quando perguntei porque não me avisaram que não poderiam, disseram que "esqueceram de avisar". Eles não respeitam os clientes, não são sinceros sobre sua disponibilidade. Péssimo.
We used to order mineral water from Acqualão and they were efficient. However, in the last times (3 times in a row) they did not deliver and did not warn that they would not deliver. I called several times to ask when they would come and they kept me talking saying that I was on my way, they were going to send a guy right away. In the end, they made me wait all day until the establishment closed, and when I asked why they didn't tell me they couldn't, they said they "forgot to tell". They do not respect customers, they are not sincere about their availability. Terrible.

Pedimos ajuda para carregar os galões de 20L e ela não ajudou. Ela não tinha funcionário disponível na hora pra ajudar no carregamento (detalhe: era meio do expediente, não era próximo ao horário de abertura ou fechamento da loja), ela mesma não quis nos ajudar, e ainda achou ruim de falarmos que ela tem que ter alguém pra dar esse suporte.
São 20kg por galão de água, não é algo leve ou que qualquer pessoa consegue carregar.
Experiência péssima, não recomendo pra ninguém!
A pessoa que se dispõe a ter um comércio tem que, minimamente, saber tratar bem os clientes.
Horrible service! The store's owner is super rude and arrogant, she doesn't know how to serve customers, she's rude.
We asked for help loading the 20L gallons and she didn't help. She didn't have an employee available at the time to help with loading (detail: it was mid-hour, it wasn't close to the store opening or closing time), she didn't want to help us herself, and still thought it was bad for us to say that she has to have someone to give that support.
It's 20kg per gallon of water, it's not something light or that anyone can carry.
Terrible experience, I don't recommend it to anyone!
The person who is willing to have a business must, at the very least, know how to treat customers well.

Eli** me informou que devido a chuva algumas entregas estavam na frente e eu deveria esperar uns 50 minutos, moro á 300 metros da loja, mas aceitei o prazo. Como não chegou dentro do prazo informado por ela, liguei novamente em torno das 16:20h, informei que já estava aguardando 20 minutos a mais do tempo por ela informado, diante disso a mesma decidiu cancelar minha entrega e desligou o telefone sem maiores explicações. Atendimento semelhante ao recebido por outros avaliadores dessa loja, péssimo.
I called around 3:13 pm, Ms. Eli** informed me that due to rain some deliveries were ahead and I should wait about 50 minutes, I live 300 meters from the store, but I accepted the deadline. As it did not arrive within the timeframe informed by her, I called again around 16:20h, informed that I was already waiting 20 minutes longer than the time informed by her, before that she decided to cancel my delivery and hung up the phone without further explanation. Service similar to that received by other reviewers of this store, terrible.
