★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito maltratada pela atendente que segundo e a dona, pedi a água as 12:02 , cheguei do trabalho 16 horas e ela não havia mandado a água, fui reclamar e ela foi horrível pelo áudio. Paguei Lindóia 10 L 12, foram 3 da 36,00, lindóia 20 L 14,00 foram 2 q da 28,00. Total 64,00 que até o momento não me devolveram. Vou esperar até as 20:00 horas caso não devolvam farei um B.O
I was very badly treated by the attendant who second and the owner, I asked for water at 12:02 pm, I arrived from work at 4 pm and she had not sent the water, I went to complain and she was horrible because of the audio. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, me explicaram sobre a data de validade dos galões (pode parecer óbvio, mas é uma coisa que eu não sabia). Os galões tem validade de 3 anos e quando vencem, precisamos comprar um novo. A água de 20 litros da Lindoya é mais barata que em outras distribuidoras da região R$13,00. O único problema é que demora um pouco para entregar, devem ter muitos clientes pedindo, então das vezes que pedi, levei entre uma e duas horas para receber, mesmo morando perto. O galão vem bem higienizado e com a etiqueta da distribuidora.
The employees are very attentive, they explained to me about the expiration date of the gallons (it may seem obvious, but it's something I didn't know). The gallons are valid for 3 years and when they expire, we need to buy a new one. Lindoya's 20 liter water is cheaper than other distributors in the region R$13.00. The only problem is that it takes a while to deliver, they must have a lot of customers asking, so the times I ordered, it took me between one and two hours to receive, even though I live close by. The gallon comes well sanitized and with the distributor's label.
