Quanto ao atendimento na recepção não é dos melhores as colaboradoras poderiam ser bem mais simpática e empáticas com os alunos.
Very good structure, good teachers.
As for the service at the reception, it is not the best, the collaborators could be much more friendly and empathetic with the students.

Graças a Deus tudo aconteceu na aula experimental (que nem deu certo) e eles nem procuraram a saber ou tentaram resolver o problema.
Sai da academia super insatisfeita, com 3 alianças para entrar na natação, decepcionada e com muita raiva.
Mas graças a Deus aconteceu antes de fechar qualquer coisa.
Sem chance nenhuma voltar lá.
Odeio ser mal atendida. O menino da recepção parecia que estava fazendo favor em me responder o básico.
Sai sem informações nenhuma, sem atendimento de ninguém ... E perderam 3 clientes para natação infantil.
Impressed by the poor service, lack of organization and lack of consideration for a customer.
Thanks to God everything happened in the experimental class (that didn't even work) and they neither looked for it nor tried to solve the problem.
She left the gym very dissatisfied, with 3 rings to go swimming, disappointed and very angry.
But thank God it happened before closing anything.
No chance of going back there.
I hate to be poorly attended to. The boy at the reception seemed to be doing me a favor by answering the basics.
He leaves without any information, without anybody's assistance ... And they lost 3 clients to children's swimming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia está sempre com novidades, além de ótimos professores. Estão sempre abertos a sugestões e a sempre melhorar. As piscinas são tratadas com ozônio e para quem tem sensibilidade a cloro ou água salinizada, como eu, foi realmente um diferencial. Continuem assim.
The academy is always with news, in addition to great teachers. They are always open to suggestions and always improving. The pools are treated with ozone and for those who are sensitive to chlorine or saline water, like me, it was really a differential. Keep it up.

I'm an old student, my daughter too. I was away for some time for health reasons. I swim. I love my teacher Ione. My husband is doing weight training with Professor Caio and he likes it. Everyone treats us very well. Acquapeu is a good gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz matrícula para as aulas de Muay Thai para o turno da manhã em dez/21, na minha primeira semana de aula fui informado que o professor havia saído da academia e que não teria mais a turma da manhã até que fosse contratado outro professor. Vale salientar que não fiz NENHUMA AULA, apenas a experimental uma semana antes.
Perante a isso, fui informado na recepção da academia que poderia ir à noite se eu quisesse, porém não tenho disponibilidade para tal turno porque estudo. Se passou um mês inteiro, e desde então a academia não me informou se voltou a ter a turma da manhã ou se contratou outro professor. No caso eu paguei um mês apenas, mas foi um mês que não fui em nenhuma aula. Perdi dinheiro!
O único contato que a academia fez era para informar que estava no fim do meu plano mensal e se eu iria continuar, isso UM mês depois. Para cobrar do aluno e tentar arrancar mais dinheiro eles fazem sem nenhum esforço, agora para cumprir com um mínimo de coerência e acesso à informação não movem um dedo. Expus essa situação a Sarah, que foi quem entrou em contato para saber se renovaria, mas a mesma não moveu um dedo para dar suporte ou ofereceu alguma intervenção. Decepção total.
I registered for the Muay Thai classes for the morning shift on Dec/21, in my first week of classes I was informed that the teacher had left the gym and that he would no longer have the morning class until another teacher was hired. It's worth noting that I didn't do ANY CLASS, just the experimental one a week before.
In view of this, I was informed at the reception of the academy that I could go at night if I wanted to, but I am not available for that shift because I study. An entire month has passed, and since then the academy has not informed me if they have the morning class again or if they have hired another teacher. In this case, I only paid for one month, but it was a month that I didn't go to any class. I lost money!
The only contact the gym made was to inform me that I was at the end of my monthly plan and if I would continue, that ONE month later. To charge the student and try to get more money they do it without any effort, now to comply with a minimum of coherence and access to information they don't lift a finger. I exposed this situation to Sarah, who was the one who contacted me to see if she would renew, but she did not move a finger to support or offer any intervention. Total disappointment.
