★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência de compra terrível com a Acriltex! A comunicação com a empresa é péssima. Fiz uma encomenda com eles no dia 1 de dezembro, o produto ficou pronto muito tempo depois, apenas no dia 14 de janeiro!!! Não bastasse, eles disseram que iam enviar e não enviaram. Eu passei o mês de janeiro cobrando o envio da minha encomenda até que hoje, dia 12 de FEVEREIRO, depois de muitas respostas evasivas e promessas falsas, eu pedi reembolso total do pedido.
I had a terrible shopping experience with Acriltex! Communication with the company is terrible. I placed an order with them on December 1st, the product was ready much later, only on January 14th !!! If that wasn't enough, they said they were going to send it and they didn't. I spent the month of January collecting the shipping of my order until today, February 12, after many evasive responses and false promises, I asked for a full refund of the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei fazer um projeto com eles, tinham me dado orçamento, prazo etc. Chegou no dia da entrega e sumiram, não me respondem, mandei inúmeras mensagens pelo WhatsApp, tentei ligar e NADA. Nem me comunicaram nada antes para que eu pudesse me organizar e procurar outra alternativa/fornecedor. Terrível, fiquei complemente na mão, total falta de respeito. Poderiam ao menos ter me falado antes que não fariam ou que estão com alguma demanda pesada, mas apenas sumiram e fiquei no vácuo na esperança de ter o meu projeto pronto, e isso nas vésperas do carnaval, quando mais ninguém poderia me atender. Nota 0
I tried to do a project with them, they had given me a budget, deadline, etc. It arrived on the day of delivery and they disappeared, they don't answer me, I sent numerous messages through WhatsApp, I tried to call and NOTHING. They didn't even communicate anything to me before so I could organize myself and look for another alternative/supplier. Terrible, I was completely in the hand, total lack of respect. They could have at least told me before that they wouldn't do it or that they have some heavy demand, but they just disappeared and I was left in the vacuum in the hope of having my project ready, and that on the eve of carnival, when no one else could answer me. grade 0

The prices on their website are a scam, when you go to the store they charge you a lot more. A face shield that was 15 reais on their website, charged me 25 reais.
