Demorou para resolver a compra e a instalação.

*A Action entrou em contato comigo e realizou o procedimento de mudança de plano para outro mais rápido e de menor custo. Fiquei satisfeito com a solução me dada por isto estou melhorando minha avaliação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde,fiz o pedido da internet dede do dia 3 de janeiro ,hoje dia 24 vieram e estalaram mais não deixou funcionando,agora ligo pra o técnico tenho que esperar eles resolverem , fiquei decepcionada os rapaz que estalou tinha que deixar funcionando,no primeiro dia de internet já estou com problema,e ainda nem paguei pelo jeito vou ter problema com a action

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim o atendimento, não existe suporte nos feriados e nos finais de semana. O sinal da Internet oscila o tempo todo, se ocorrer algum problema no final de semana vc não tem como resolver e fica sem sinal tendo que partir para o 4G, não há desconto algum no boleto pelo não fornecimento do serviço. Péssimo!!!
Very bad service, there is no support on holidays and weekends. The Internet signal fluctuates all the time, if there is a problem on the weekend you cannot solve it and you have no signal having to go to 4G, there is no discount on the ticket for not providing the service. Terrible!!!
