★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz 4 sessões de acupuntura neste local e na 4º sessão colocaram a agulha no ponto errado, onde pegou meu nervo da mão, apareceu uma mancha na mesma, e da mão ao antebraço está dolorido.. Falei com o responsável e o mesmo disse que era só não mexer muito a mão até passar que só havia pegado um "nervinho" e que a mancha que apareceu poderia ser uma reação alérgica minha, pois se fosse devido a sessão ele diz que é bom aparecer manchas pois significa que está "limpando".. Seria mais bonito assumirem o erro e tentar amenizar a minha dor, mas não foi o que fizeram, cada profissional é de um jeito fazer o que..

A hiperemia que se forma, é o que se quer, melhorar a circulação local, com resposta a distancia. Um ou outro ponto pode eventualmente doer, ficar avermelhado, fazendo parte do contexto da Acupuntura. Se você não se adaptar, sugiro procurar outro tratamento, dentre os quais existe o medicamentoso, fisioterápico, etc. Boa Sorte.

Me indicaram essa clinica e me disseram para eu falar com a secretaria do dr. mais me decepcionei, pois quando liguei falei o nome da moça e não passaram para ela alegando que a mesma não era mais a secretaria do dr em questão, alem de não deixarem eu falar com a mesma não souberam me informa e nem me ajudar alegando que não tinha horário para passar com ele esse resto de ano.
Creio que os funcionários deveria ser bem mais treinados para orientar os paciente.

They referred me to this clinic and told me to talk to Dr. I was more disappointed, because when I called I spoke the girl's name and they did not pass it on to her claiming that she was no longer the secretary of the dr in question, besides not letting me talk to her, they did not know how to inform me nor help me claiming that I had no time to spend with him this rest of the year.
I believe that employees should be much more trained to guide patients.
