Comprei uma /cama para minha tia, no dia 12 de setembro de 2018, e o prazo de entrega no site programada para o dia 26/10/2018, motivo que me levou a fechar o negócio. Primeiro problema, o produto anunciado era cama completa com colchão e grades, é claro. Dias depois me ligou uma funcionária da empresa me dizendo que infelizmente a cama não era completa e que para isso precisaria de um complemente de mais R$1.500,00. Depois de muito reclamar consegui provar para a empresa que a propaganda era enganosa. Hoje entrei em contato com a empresa e mais uma surpresa. Entrega somente para dia 19/10/18. Empresa para mim sem nenhuma confiança.
Good Morning! Do not believe the advertisements of this company. I bought a / bed for my aunt, on September 12, 2018, and the delivery date on the website is scheduled for 10/26/2018, reason that led me to close the deal. First problem, the advertised product was a complete bed with mattress and railings, of course. A few days later a company employee called me saying that unfortunately the bed was not complete and that for that I would need a supplement of over R $ 1,500.00. After complaining a lot I managed to prove to the company that the advertisement was misleading. Today I got in touch with the company and another surprise. Delivery only for 10/19/18. Company for me without any confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO COM COMPRAS ONLINE!!! Depois de muito pesquisar comprei um produto nesta empresa Ada Medical, tinha urgência pois era para uso pós operatório. Segui a recomendação de tamanho e mesmo assim o produto não serviu, medi com uma outra bermuda pós cirúrgica que tenho pois por estar muito dolorida não quis arriscar em experimentar, pois já sabia que não serviria.Pedi a troca, para minha surpresa dias depois a atendente me liga dizendo estar faltando peça e a bermuda encontrava-se manchada, estranhei pois não a usei e para ser honesta vi q na embalagem dizia que vinha com um suspensório mas não achei, como eles me pediram apenas para mandar um email solicitando a troca ou devolução do produto e não especificar o motivo da troca enviei seguindo o procedimento. Ja faz dias que não recebo nem sinal de como está o processo mas o valor já foi cobrado. FIQUEM DE OLHO tenho receio de não receber o valor pois já se passaram dias e tive que comprar outra bermuda em outro lugar com valor mais alto pois necessitava do produto. Até hoje (8/10/18) não recebi nem um email para dizer como anda o processo( já que o processo de troca é via e-mail). Creio ser uma empresa irresponsável por não fiscalizar seus produtos na entrega ficando assim a nossa palavra contra a deles, infelizmente também não tem respeito com o cliente que comprou por necessidade do produto, não é uma roupa, faz parte do tratamento pós cirúrgico do cliente.
BE CAREFUL WITH ONLINE SHOPPING !!! After a lot of research, I bought a product at this company, Ada Medical, I had urgency because it was for post-operative use. I followed the size recommendation and even then the product didn’t fit, I measured it with another post-surgical shorts that I have because I was very sore so I didn’t want to try it, because I already knew it wouldn’t fit. an attendant calls me saying the piece is missing and the shorts were stained, I was surprised because I didn't use it and to be honest I saw that on the packaging it said it came with a suspender but I didn't find it, as they just asked me to send an email requesting the exchange or return the product and do not specify the reason for the exchange I sent following the procedure. It's been days since I received a sign of how the process is going but the amount has already been charged. STAY IN THE EYE I'm afraid of not receiving the value because days have passed and I had to buy another bermuda in another place with higher value because I needed the product. Until today (8/10/18) I haven't even received an email to say how the process is going (since the exchange process is via email). I believe to be an irresponsible company for not inspecting their products on delivery, thus taking our word against theirs, unfortunately it also has no respect for the customer who bought it because of the need for the product, it is not clothing, it is part of the customer's post-surgical treatment.
