★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As ideias do arquiteto são razoáveis, mas ele é um pouco irresponsável. No começo parece bastante interessado, mas é só até você realizar o pagamento, aí começa a falta de consideração. Agora, o que extrapola mesmo é o seu escritório: tem APENAS estagiários (embora ele os cçhame de "arquiteto") e praticamente todos bem ruins de serviço. Cometem erros grosseiros, tanto em projetos, quanto em preenchimento de documentos e, com exceção de uns dois, o restante presta um atendimento bem abaixo do esperado. Não recomendo.
The architect's ideas are reasonable, but he is a little irresponsible. At first he seems quite interested, but it is only until you make the payment, then the lack of consideration begins. Now, what really extrapolates is his office: he has ONLY interns (although he calls them "architect") and practically all of them are very poor in service. They make gross mistakes, both in projects and in filling out documents, and, with the exception of a few, the rest provide services well below expectations. I do not recommend.
