Os treinos são focados de acordo com os objetivos do aluno e/ou limitações por alguma lesão por exemplo (experiência própria). A estrutura do estúdio é ótima, é um ambiente super agradável para treinar.
Adauto is a great professional, has a lot of knowledge and responsibility in what he does, as well as his other two teachers. The studio has an incredible structure and parking. In addition, personal classes for 2 people make training more efficient and dynamic, bringing results correctly and quickly.
