★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo os produtos da Adcos, já sou cliente a algum tempo e não me arrependo. Só acho uma pena que quando tem as promoções de tratamentos em suas lojas, não há um retorno para o cliente. Ganhei a algum tempo atrás um peeling, me cadastrei e escolhi a loja, porém até hoje não me retornaram para que eu possa agendar. Acredito que deveriam ter alguém para supervisionar quando vocês fazem essas promoções para que o cliente não perca seu brinde ou seu tratamento. Alguém que realmente faça o contato e supervisione do início ao fim dos contatos, é muito importante essa interação com seus clientes.
 I love Adcos products, I've been a customer for some time and I don't regret it. I just find it a shame that when you have treatment promotions in your stores, there is no return for the customer. Some time ago I got a peel, I signed up and chose the shop, but until today they have not returned to me so I can schedule. I believe there should be someone to supervise when you do these promotions so that the customer does not lose your gift or your treatment. Someone who actually makes contact and oversees from start to finish, this interaction with your customers is very important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja tem um marketing tremendamente INVASIVO. Eles tem 4 números de whatsapp, não basta avisar que não quer mais receber propaganda, vão aparecendo outros números. Ficam enviando SMS toda hora e e-mail também. Eu fui PESSOALMENTE pedir que deletassem meu cadastro, pareceram super solícitos porém continuo recebendo SMS. Tenham limites, respeitem as pessoas. Nunca mais compro da Adcos por isso. Terei que ir ao Procon?
The store has tremendously INVASIVE marketing. They have 4 WhatsApp numbers, it's not enough to let them know that you don't want to receive advertisements anymore, other numbers will appear. They keep sending SMS all the time and email too. I PERSONALLY asked them to delete my registration, they seemed super helpful but I still receive SMS. Have limits, respect people. I never buy from Adcos again because of this. Will I have to go to Procon?
