Vendedor (dono), super atencioso, muito negociável, não deixa de dar um agrado, uma prova de produtos, e no final sempre rola um desconto camarada.

Comprei um garrafão de vinho e ao tirar do carro quebrou a alça que segura a garrafa e ele estou , fui até o local falar com a dona mais ela simplesmente me disse que não poderia fazer nada.... Sem se quer me perguntar se eu tinha me machucado ou se eu queria comprar outro.... Mas enfim o Brasil é recordista em péssimo atendimento ao consumidor...
Eu trabalho com o comércio e o mínimo que eu faria era perguntar se a pessoa estava bem e se ela gostaria de uma outra coisa no lugar...
Cada um é cada um né...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse lugar é único pois de longe você sente uma mistura de aromas adocicados de vinho , canela; não dá pra saber ao certo mas é bem agradável. Bom atendimento, você pode provar alguns vinhos doces como o vinho de jabuticaba, cachaças artesanais e outros vinhos da serra gaúcha. Tem alguns queijos também. Muito bacana e os preços são acessíveis.
This place is unique because from a distance you can feel a mixture of sweet aromas of wine, cinnamon; you can’t know for sure but it’s very pleasant. Good service, you can taste some sweet wines like jabuticaba wine, artisanal cachaças and other wines from the Serra Gaúcha. There are some cheeses too. Very cool and the prices are affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, os vinhos de sabores são excelentes, os licores são de outro nível. Recomendo a todos irem ao local e provarem, com certeza vão sair de lá com pelo menos 3 garrafas.
Excellent place, the wines with flavors are excellent, the liquors are of another level. I recommend everyone to go to the place and taste it, for sure they will leave there with at least 3 bottles.
