"DECRETO Nº 5.903, DE 20 DE SETEMBRO DE 2006.
Art. 1o Este Decreto regulamenta a Lei no 10.962, de 11 de outubro de 2004, e dispõe sobre as práticas infracionais que atentam contra o direito básico do consumidor de obter informação adequada e clara sobre produtos e serviços, previstas na Lei no 8.078, de 11 de setembro de 1990.

Analisando o texto em foco e após pesquisa superficial feita em outros textos legais, podemos dizer que é fato a obrigatoriedade de preço em produtos expostos à venda, entretanto, se o produto exposto não estiver a venda não está dentro desta obrigatoriedade.
Por exemplo um item de coleção ou até mesmo um item DECORATIVO.
Por tanto não é tudo o que está exposto, que realmente está a venda.

Além das tradicionais cervejas brasileiras (Skol, Brahma, Itaipava, Bavária, etc...) e de marcas mais "conceituadas" como Heineken e Stella Artois, possuem alguns rótulos artesanais como Baden Baden. Fora as cervejas possuem refrigerantes, sucos, água e destilados. E se faltar carvão ou gelo para o churrasco também tem... Além disso o atendimento é sempre atencioso, gente educada e trabalhadora! Recomendado!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente nas ultimas 4 vezes que fui todas as bebidas quentes nenhuma marca de cerveja gelada, hoje são exatamente 12:15 um sol gigante e as cervejas todas quentes. Como essa é a 4 vez não volto mais. E as meninas andam em um mal humor que devem estar trabalhando de graça. Não recomendo.
