★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima com este local que se diz uma empresa,este Sr chamado Mendes é totalmente desqualificado e sem comprometimento algum ,não cumpriu o que prometeu fechamos o projeto com ele em novembro nos deu um prazo de 30 dias pra entrega e até hoje mês de JUNHO ele simplesmente sumiu,foi acordado 50% no ato do contrato ,e 50% na entrega ,pagamos 75% para ele ,e o serviço não foi barato,pagamos mais de R$15.000,00 e ele simplesmente fez menos da metade do serviço e não nos atende ,vive dando desculpas.
Esse Sr não deveria trabalhar com isso, engana pessoas .Fora a dor de cabeça e estresse de viver cobrando algo que pagamos,muito triste.
NÃO CONTRATEM ESTA EMPRESA!
CUIDADO NA HORA DE PLANEJAREM SEUS MÓVEIS,FAÇAM COM EMPRESA SÉRIA E QUE SEJA CONSOLIDADA NO MERCADO.
Essa é a minha péssima experiência com esta empresa.
Terrible experience with this place that calls itself a company, this Mr Mendes is totally disqualified and without any commitment, he did not fulfill what he promised we closed the project with him in November he gave us a deadline of 30 days for delivery and until today the month of JUNE he simply disappeared, 50% was agreed upon at the time of the contract, and 50% upon delivery, we paid 75% for him, and the service was not cheap, we paid more than R$15,000.00 and he simply did less than half the service and not Answers us, always making excuses.
This Mr should not work with this, he deceives people. Aside from the headache and stress of living charging for something we pay, very sad.
DO NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY!
BE CAREFUL WHEN PLANNING YOUR FURNITURE, DO IT WITH A SERIOUS COMPANY THAT IS CONSOLIDATED IN THE MARKET.
That's my bad experience with this company.

Já mantou varias pessoas no meio do caminho para não ir montar. Fora que agora ele me bloqueou, bloqueou o meu esposo. o que me resta é ajuizar uma ação contra ele/empresa. PS. SE VOCÊ NÃO QUER SER ENGANADO JAMAIS FECHE CONTRATO COM ESTA EMPRESA.
the COMPANY, in the person of Ivan, has been winding me up since November 2021 to go assemble my furniture. Every day he makes up a new excuse not to ride. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O dono, Ivan, não cumpre o prometido, fechamos armários e painéis para banheiros e quarto, pagamos o valor integral e parte dos modulados não foram feitos. Após diversas ligações com milhares de desculpas e prazo nunca respeitados, ele simplesmente parou de responder. Não recomendo, isso o que essa loja faz é crime contra o consumidor.
The owner, Ivan, does not keep his promise, we closed cabinets and panels for bathrooms and bedroom, we paid the full amount and part of the modulations were not made. Encomendamos uma cozinha a 6 meses atrás e o Dono " IVAN " simplesmente sumiu com o nosso dinheiro. Após o vencimento do prazo dado pela empresa, todos os dias ele vinha com uma desculpa diferente e agora se quer nos responde mais..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Na hora de fechar o negócio são extremamente solícitos, não existe uma burocracia para receber a transferência. Estamos há três meses de atraso com nosso closet, sendo que fomos muito claros que precisávamos que fosse entregue no prazo devido eu estar gestante. Não entregaram, inventam sempre uma desculpa diferente, recolocam novos prazos que nunca são cumpridos. Pediram adiantamento para que fosse montado o mais breve possível, nem isso foi mantido. Agora estamos há pelo menos duas semanas solicitando ressarcimento e sempre uma burocracia diferente: primeiro tem que falar por mensagem, depois por e-mail, depois esperar 24 horas e depois mais 24 horas e não arrumam uma solução decente!
Não comprem, não fechem negócio! Os projetos e valores são atraentes, mas o barato sai caro.

They didn't deliver, they always invent a different excuse, they set new deadlines that are never met. They asked for advance payment to be assembled as soon as possible, not even that was maintained. Now we've been asking for reimbursement for at least two weeks and always a different bureaucracy: first you have to talk by message, then by email, then wait 24 hours and then another 24 hours and they don't find a decent solution!
Don't buy, don't close a deal! The designs and values are attractive, but cheap is expensive.
