★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A princípio houve a melhor das intenções em atender a minha empresa e realizar o projeto da minha fachada (que já tinha a arte pronta) em adesivo. Mas na instalação os problemas começaram. Mudança repentina de horário, falta de coerência nas informações entre o setor de venda e de instalação, ATRASO, falha na COR de uma das palavras da marca na fachada e o verniz ficou mal aplicado nos 2 adesivos da logo que ficam na porta. Ou seja, no dia da instalação mal pude trabalhar pois fiquei a mercer desta empresa antiprofissional e mesmo com esse sacrifício, a primeira impressão que o meu cliente tem hoje é que eu fiz minha fachada no lugar mais barato da cidade para não ter tanto custo, quando esta jamais foi a minha intenção. Além de que a equipe que instalou a fachada deixou o local da frente da loja sujo e o adesivo manchado. O problema do verniz da logomarca vai ser consertado na próxima terça-feira (até lá meus clientes vão continuar tendo essa impressão da minha empresa) mas o erro da palavra está sendo negligenciado pela vendedora, que está se eximindo da culpa e dificultando o processo de correção. Cliente deles eu jamais serei, isto é fato, mas quero meus problemas resolvidos pois já paguei, e espero que quem esteja lendo isso também não cometa o mesmo erro que eu por falta de informação, vocês podem evitar esta dor de cabeça.

That is, on the day of installation I could hardly work because I was the mercer of this unprofessional company and even with this sacrifice, the first impression that my client has today is that I made my façade in the cheapest place of the city to not have so much cost, when this was never my intention. In addition, the staff who installed the façade left the front of the store dirty and the sticker stained. The logo varnish problem will be fixed next Tuesday (until then my customers will continue to have this impression of my company) but the word error is being neglected by the seller, who is exempting herself from the blame and hindering the process. correction. Their client I will never be, this is a fact, but I want my problems solved because I already paid, and I hope that anyone reading this also does not make the same mistake as me for lack of information, you can avoid this headache.
