★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horroroso! Estou desde o início do mês de Outubro tentando visitar um imóvel e eles só colocam impecilhos. Me atendem como se estivessem fazendo um favor. E o homem que atende ainda é debochado. Eu deixei meu número pra contato pro caso de não passarem a ficha no imóvel e já marcaram visita com outra pessoa, ninguém me ligou. Eu e meu marido íamos alugar, eu até separei a documentação pra levar, só queria ver o imóvel antes mas já desisti. Se estou tendo esse atendimento ridículo sem nem ser cliente imagina se um dia eu me tornar. Vocês são péssimos!!!
 Horrible service! I have been trying to visit a property since the beginning of October and they only put in impeccable details. They answer me as if they were doing me a favor. And the man who answers is still debauched. I left my number for contact in case they did not pass the file on the property and have already made an appointment with someone else, nobody called me. My husband and I were going to rent, I even separated the documentation to take, I just wanted to see the property before but I already gave up. If I'm having this ridiculous service without even being a customer, imagine if I ever become. You are terrible !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma criança de 10 anos administraria melhor. Ignoram nossas solicitações, mesmo se formos presencialmente. Corpo mole e até agora não vi UM funcionário que prestasse.
[EDIT] Recebi a resposta no dia 22 de janeiro, mas o meu último e-mail enviado dia 4 de janeiro, não foi respondido. MAS FOI LIDO POIS EU COLOCO CONFIRMAÇÃO.
Tenho a sensação de que estão zoando com minha cara quando vejo essa resposta pedindo para entrar em contato, sendo que minhas diversas tentativas são frustradas.
A 10 year old child would manage better. They ignore our requests, even if we go in person. Soft body and so far I have not seen AN employee who provided.
[EDIT] I received the reply on January 22, but my last email sent on January 4, has not been answered. BUT IT WAS READ BECAUSE I PUT IN CONFIRMATION.
I have the feeling that they are making fun of me when I see this answer asking to get in touch, and my various attempts are frustrated.

Não fazem nada além de repassar email entre proprietário e inquilino.
Tentaram cobrar multas que eram ilegais diante do contrato.
Não dialogam, apenas exigem e desconhecem o contrato em questão.
NÃO RECOMENDO! FUJAM!
HORRIBLE experience! DON'T DO BUSINESS!
They do nothing but forward email between owner and tenant.
They tried to collect fines that were illegal under the contract.
They don't dialogue, they just demand and ignore the contract in question.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND! RUN AWAY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o atendimento excepcional do Carlos na negociação do contrato de aluguel. Mas foi bom até fecharmos. Depois disso, péssimo atendimento. Tive problemas no apartamento e a administradora simplesmente lavou as mãos, eu e meu marido tivemos que resolver direto com a proprietária que morava no mesmo prédio. Todo email que mando não respondem, preciso ligar mil vezes pra cobrar resposta. Muito ruim mesmo.
Update: Depois do ocorrido e de resolvermos o problema, a Juliana nos ligou procurando saber o motivo da nossa insatisfação. Foi bom saber que se importaram como nosso depoimento negativo aqui e procuraram nos ouvir como forma de melhorar o atendimento. Gostei muito da conversa com a Juliana, muito solícita e se colocando disponível para futuros problemas. De certa forma, tirou nossa má impressão da empresa. Acreditamos que todo mundo pode errar, e pelo menos estão se preocupando em reparar isso. Obrigada!
I thought Carlos' service was exceptional when negotiating the rental agreement. But it was good until we closed. After that, bad service. I had problems in the apartment and the administrator simply washed her hands, my husband and I had to resolve it directly with the owner who lived in the same building. Every email I send does not respond, I need to call a thousand times to collect a response. Really bad.
Update: After what happened and we solved the problem, Juliana called us looking for the reason for our dissatisfaction. It was good to know that they cared about our negative testimony here and tried to listen to us as a way to improve the service. I really enjoyed the conversation with Juliana, very helpful and making herself available for future problems. In a way, it took away our bad impression of the company. We believe that everyone can make mistakes, and at least they are concerned about repairing it. Thanks!
