 Reading some comments, I think I should have complained when I got an Adidas sneaker from my husband. Tennis came with the front all crooked, from home huh. It makes an embarrassing noise when I walk, really....it sounds like a pirate. Sorry, lady Adidas

Segui todos os critérios que era necessário para receber o pedido no mesmo dia, pois a compra era para um aniversário e ao ligar para o sac e perguntar se estava tudo certo com o envio do pedido eles disseram que só no dia seguinte.
A atendente me informou que infelizmente sentia muito por mim e que a Adidas não poderia fazer nada, eu questionei ela e ela me disse que no treinamento essa era a resposta que ela deveria me dar.
Descaso total com o cliente.
Misleading advertising about same day delivery.
I followed all the criteria that was necessary to receive the order on the same day, as the purchase was for a birthday and when I called the sac and asked if everything was ok with the order being sent, they said it would only be the next day.
The attendant informed me that unfortunately she was sorry for me and that Adidas could not do anything, I questioned her and she told me that in training this was the answer she should give me.
Total disregard for the customer.
