The experience with AD Jota Transportes was wonderful.
They were extremely attentive from the first contact, immediately answering all questions and adapting to all the requirements that the change needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento pré-serviço foi excelente, nada a reclamar, com muita simpatia e dispostos a negociar, disso não tenho nada a reclamar.
Os pontos negativos foram vários móveis danificados durante o transporte, ex: geladeira amassada, guarda-roupa, cômoda, etc. E algumas pessoas que acompanharam a mudança de perto, relataram que o motorista havia ingerido bebida alcoólica. De qualquer forma,no final deu tudo certo. Mas terei que arcar com os reparos nos meus móveis.
The pre-service service was excellent, nothing to complain about, very friendly and willing to negotiate, I have nothing to complain about.
The negative points were several furniture damaged during transport, e.g. dented fridge, wardrobe, chest of drawers, etc. And some people who followed the change closely reported that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Anyway, in the end it all worked out. But I'll have to pay for my furniture repairs.
