Depois passei a tratar diretamente com FELIPE, que deveria fazer o processo de entrada no contrato. Nunca consegui falar com ele por telefone, tentei por vezes ligar e mesmo quando ele aparecia online, não atendia.
Felipe me apontou as formas de garantia e eu disse que tentaria as duas formas, com fiador e com seguro fiança. Seguimos com o seguro fiança primeiro, para que eu pudesse ver o valor, e dependendo de quanto fosse, já seguiria com a papelada ou tentaríamos com o fiador, porém não foi aprovado, portanto realizei o preenchimento da papelada do fiador, porém tinha algumas dúvidas de preenchimento. Pois bem, perguntei sobre o preenchimento ele não respondeu, tentei ligar diversas vezes e as ligações sempre chamavam e ele não atendia, em qualquer horário que ligava ele não estava disponível e sempre com uma desculpa. Quando respondeu disse apenas que estava fechando o atendimento, pois a documentação não tinha sido aprovada com a seguradora. tentei novos contatos para entender como poderia seguir com um fiador, ou mesmo anexando minha irmã ao contrato, pois ela dividiria a moradia comigo, ele novamente não atendeu e tão pouco respondeu. Fez nova tentativa com os mesmos parâmetros, o que é estranho pois ele ja sabia que não seria aprovada... me avisou que tinha sido recusada e estava com uma outra documentação já em análise... Deixou a sensação de que, talvez, a outra documentação fosse mais rentável.
Senti total falta de transparência e mesmo pouco esforço em ver o cliente satisfeito com o trabalho.

Then I started to deal directly with FELIPE, who was supposed to do the contract entry process. I never got to talk to him on the phone, I tried to call him sometimes and even when he appeared online, he didn't answer.
Felipe showed me the guarantee forms and I said I would try both forms, with a guarantor and with surety bond. We proceeded with the surety bond first, so that I could see the value, and depending on how much it was, I would go ahead with the paperwork or we would try with the guarantor, but it was not approved, so I filled out the guarantor's paperwork, but I had some doubts of filling. Well, I asked him about filling it out, he didn't answer, I tried to call several times and the calls always called and he didn't answer, at any time he called he was not available and always with an excuse. When he replied, he only said that he was closing the service, as the documentation had not been approved with the insurance company. I tried new contacts to understand how I could continue with a guarantor, or even attaching my sister to the contract, as she would share the house with me, he again did not answer and he did not respond either. He made another attempt with the same parameters, which is strange because he already knew that it would not be approved... he told me that it had been refused and that he had another documentation already under analysis... He left the feeling that, perhaps, the other documentation would be more cost effective.
I felt a total lack of transparency and even little effort to see the client satisfied with the work.
