A company completely unprepared to deal with the customer. Remembering that this is the account of my experience and that it does not include the company as a whole (as I do not know it), my displeasure was with the rental sector and with the role of interested in renting. I contacted the broker on 8/30/21 showing interest in a property. It was in the process of being vacated and the key would be delivered on 15/09/2021. According to the realtor, the tenant had already vacated and was painting the same. This information supported my decision to wait until the date, as my biggest concern was to wait until then and for some reason the property would not be vacated, and it seems that this is exactly what happened. On 15/09/2021 the broker did not give me any feedback, so I contacted her at the end of the same day and guess what? Did not answer me. I call her and nothing. After several unsuccessful attempts I get in direct contact with the reception and find out that she went on vacation (hey, does it cost to keep the "customers" informed?). Well, as she was on vacation, another broker who is not from the rental area, apparently took her place. Talking to him, he told me he didn't know anything, yes, I was watching ships. Tired of this story on 27/09/2021 I got in touch with the owner of the Administrator and he told me he was going to talk to the broker who was on vacation. A few hours later (still on vacation, according to her) she sends me a message saying that the tenant hasn't handed over the key yet (go, really? Oh, I already have that information). Summary of this whole parrot: - I needed to vacate the property I am in and I couldn't - I left other properties waiting for this one (and at the moment I had none 29/09/2021) - The broker came back from vacation and doesn't give me feedback - And guess what, the only information I have is: The key has not been returned, you have to wait (What a joke) - etc.. - In short: I'm a sucker I hope that in some way this account will help the manager's owner to identify bottlenecks in their customer culture and treatment, thus preventing other "prospect customers" from having the same unpleasant experience. (Despite my doubts, as reading other comments this is already rooted in the company) Summary: - 30 days chasing broker feedback - No answering messages and no answering phone calls - I caught a stage where the broker went on vacation in the middle of the process, which aggravated the story even more, as it did not leave anyone responsible in their place capable of solving problems - It was clear that the company's culture is to react, it does not demonstrate any capacity for anticipation
