Eu contratei um seguro fiança junto a Porto Seguro por intermédio da ADN em 25/09/21 e posteriormente em abril de 2022 o meu inquilino negou-se a honrar os seus compromissos. Entrei em contato com a Sra Ana e fui muito bem orientado e tratado de como agir, todas as minhas dúvidas com relação ao sinistro foram esclarecidas e o ressarcimento do sinistro foi pago integralmente em poucos dias, sem burocracia e maiores transtornos.
Enfim tudo que se imagina quando da contratação de um serviço foi concretizado.

I would like to publicly thank the professionalism and competence of ADN CORRETORA DE SEGUROS. I contracted a surety bond with Porto Seguro through ADN on 09/25/21 and later in April 2022 my tenant refused to honor his commitments. I contacted Ms. Ana and I was very well guided and treated on how to act, all my doubts regarding the claim were clarified and the claim was fully paid in a few days, without bureaucracy and major inconvenience.
Finally, everything that is imagined when hiring a service has been achieved.
