Aluguei um apartamento que estava em péssimo estado, precisando de obra para ser habitado, e na hora da entrega a proprietária me cobrou 500 reais de pintura e para refazer o rodapé que estava em péssimo estado quando entrei. Entreguei o apartamento MUITo melhor do que peguei e, mesmo tendo o resgitro fotográfico do antes e o depois do apartamento como provam a imoboliária nada fez para mediar um acordo entre inquilina e proprietária. Só defendeu o interesse da proprietária, não respondem e-mail, você tem que insistir muito através de ligação para que os retornos sejam registrados por email. Experiência bem ruim, não recomendo!
Bad experience with real estate! I rented an apartment that was in terrible condition, needing work to be inhabited, and at the time of delivery the owner charged me 500 reais for painting and to redo the baseboard that was in terrible condition when I entered. I delivered the apartment MUCH better than what I got and, even having the photographic record of the before and after the apartment, as the real estate agent proves, did nothing to mediate an agreement between tenant and owner. Only defended the interest of the owner, do not respond to e-mail, you have to insist a lot by phone so that the returns are registered by email. Very bad experience, do not recommend!
