★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi excelente. Tava insatisfeita com meu visual e expliquei pra ela o que eu desejava fazer no cabelo e ela o deixou do jeito que expliquei..sabe porque? Pq o bom profissional deve antes de tudo ouviri a cliente e tentar junto com a mesma encontrar o equilíbrio certo. Parabéns Adriana!
It was excellent. I was dissatisfied with my look and I explained to her what I wanted to do with her hair and she left it the way I explained it… do you know why? Because the good professional must first of all listen to the client and try to find the right balance with her. Congratulations Adriana!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei para escovar meu cabelo! Infelizmente quando eu lavei o meu cabelo que é todo cacheado, ficou liso! O cheiro após molhar ficou insuportável ( como cheiro de formol). A Cabeleireira escovou meu cabelo com resíduos de química na escova e chapinha, isso é um absurdo ainda mais pelo motivo de eu estar grávida!!!!
Estragou o meu cabelo e colocou em risco a vida do bebê!
Deveria pelo menos efetuar higienização dos equipamentos antes de utilizar em qualquer cliente!
I made an appointment to brush my hair! Unfortunately when I washed my hair, which is all curly, it came out straight! The smell after wetting was unbearable (like formaldehyde smell). The Hairdresser brushed my hair with chemical residues on the brush and flat iron, this is absurd even more because I'm pregnant!!!!
It ruined my hair and put the baby's life at risk!
You should at least clean the equipment before using it on any client!
