★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe ganhou pijamas de lá, como ela sofreu um AVC TV q trocar por camisola. O problema foi q demorei p ir trocar, pois meu marido pegou uma bactéria no olho e ficou cego. Estou levando ele no hospital SP dia sim dia não. Está muito corrido p mim, além disso eu trabalho. A gerente dessa loja não trocou p mim. Chorei muito, pois a minha mãe é muito dura, se eu não conseguisse trocar... Muito triste com esse atendimento. Totalmente sem coração, sem amor ao próximo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos camisetas M, nos entregaram PP, ligamos numa boa para tentar resolver e recebemos um péssimo atendimento.
Depois disso, as funcionárias foram na página do nosso estabelecimento e avaliaram mal sem ao menos conhecer.
Falta de profissionalismo, mau caráter, vergonha alheia!!!!!
Com relação a sua resposta:
Se o atendimento fosse bom, teriam dito antes para verificarmos as medidas no site e não depois que tivemos o problema.
Foi dito que as camisetas Ms eram grandes e nos entregaram pequenas e apertadas.
Sua equipe não é profissional, pois se fosse, poderíamos ter resolvido da melhor maneira possível, negociado outro lote com valor melhor ou algo parecido.
Ao contrário, foram no Google do meu estabelecimento avaliar mal sem ao menos conhecer.
Vergonha do trabalho de vocês e das pessoas que são!

If the service was good, they would have said before to check the measurements on the site and not after we had the problem.
It was said that the Ms T-shirts were great and delivered us small and tight.
Your team is not professional, because if it were, we could have solved it in the best possible way, negotiated another lot with better value or something similar.
On the contrary, they were in Google of my establishment evaluating poorly without even knowing.
Shame on the work of you and the people you are!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um shorts em Janeiro de 2019 e só ficou pronto quase no meio do ano, a desculpa era sempre a mesma. "O tecido está em falta" até hoje não recebi o shorts, pq entrou férias, inverno... E com certeza nem serve mais pro meu filho.
O cavalo das calças são curtos.
Para uniformes não recomendo!!!
