★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto do lugar e do atendimento; por vezes acho o preço alto (para o meu bolso), mas não tenho parâmetro de outra assistência para um comparativo, se de fato é caro ou não.
No entanto sigo levando nessa assistência, me atende muito bem?
I like the place and the service; sometimes I think the price is high (for my pocket), but I have no other assistance parameter for a comparison, if in fact it is expensive or not.
However, I continue taking this assistance, it serves me very well?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha Cafeteira Oster Flavor Programável não estava funcionando normalmente e levei até à assistência técnica autorizada para verificar o que estava acontecendo. Em 48h me ligam para dar o diagnóstico e passar o orçamento. Me passaram um valor de R$148,00, informando que seria R$40,00 reais para o serviço e R$108,00 da resistência da Oster que precisaria ser trocada para voltar a funcionar. Questiono o valor, pensando se valeria a pena pagar para fazer esse ajuste ou comprar uma nova. O atendente me fala "Ah, mas é o preço de um pizza, vale a pena você consertar ela. É uma máquina boa". Verificando no próprio site do fabricante, verifico que a mesma resistência custa R$47,90 e a assistência estava me cobrando mais que o dobro! Perguntei se poderia comprar a resistência no site do fabricante e levar até eles para consertarem e os mesmos se recusaram, informando que não trabalham dessa forma. Um total abuso ao consumidor!!
My Oster Flavor Programmable Coffee Maker was not working normally and I took it to the authorized technical assistance to check what was happening. In 48 hours, they call me to diagnose and give me the budget. They gave me an amount of R$148.00, informing me that it would be R$40.00 reais for the service and R$108.00 for the Oster resistance that would need to be changed to get back to work. I question the value, wondering if it would be worth paying to make this adjustment or buy a new one. The attendant tells me "Oh, but it's the price of a pizza, it's worth it for you to fix it. It's a good machine." Checking the manufacturer's website, I see that the same resistance costs R$47.90 and the assistance was charging me more than twice as much! I asked if I could buy the resistance on the manufacturer's website and take it to them to be fixed and they refused, stating that they don't work that way. Total consumer abuse!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente assistência técnica. Deixei uma máquina de café dolce gusto para orçar a manutenção. Quando o orçamento ficou pronto, me ligaram solicitando aprovação antes de executarem o serviço. A máquina ficou ótima e não custou caro. Recomendo.
Excellent technical assistance. I left a dolce gusto coffee machine to budget for maintenance. When the budget was ready, they called me asking for approval before performing the service. The machine turned out great and didn't cost much. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu secador umas 3x (no mínimo)para conserto, super caro, passa o tempo de garantia do serviço o secador quebra novamente! Não vale a pena! Se é para ser caro tem que ter excelência!
I took my dryer about 3 times (at least) for repair, super expensive, the service warranty period goes by and the dryer breaks again! Not worth it! If it's to be expensive, it has to be excellent!

O pior é ver a cara que ia atendentes fazem, como se a culpa da reclamação fosse do cliente! Péssima experiência!
Too bad!!! I had an electric oven fixed and it came back worse than it was! I've already sent it back twice (it's still under service warranty).
The worst thing is to see the face that the attendants make, as if the customer was to blame for the complaint! Bad experience!
