Total falta de comprometimento e profissionalismo. Pedimos uma quantidade bem grande de mercadoria, não entregaram no dia combinado, falando que no dia seguinte seria entregue. Que nada! Só falaram q estavam sem motorista e pronto, sequer avisaram pra irmos atrás de outro lugar, tivemos que ficar atrás pra conseguir um retorno, total descaso.

Total lack of commitment and professionalism. We ordered a very large quantity of goods, they did not deliver on the agreed day, saying that it would be delivered the next day. Oh nothing! They only said that they were without a driver and that was it, they didn't even tell us to go looking for another place, we had to stay behind to get a return, total disregard.
