Pedi meu lanche pelo I food um dos poucos lugares que estava aberto as 01 h, e logo entrei em contato com a lanchonete pq esqueci uma observação ( questão de minutos) as 01:09 fui informada que meu lanche já estava na rua. Cancelaram meu pedido, mas mesmo assim ainda falavam que meu lanche ia chegar. Me prenderam com eles até às 2 da manhã. A menina me bloqueou e não recebi meu lanche .
Lousy experience! I ordered my snack at I food, one of the few places that was open at 01:00, and soon I contacted the cafeteria because I forgot an observation (in a matter of minutes) at 01:09 I was informed that my snack was already on the street. They canceled my order, but they still said my snack was coming. They arrested me with them until 2 am. The girl blocked me and I didn't get my snack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido em que a moça que me atendeu me passou o valor, quando chegou aqui o pedido veio faltando, sendo que eu já tinha pago o valor que ela havia me informado, eles me ligaram me informado que eu tinha que pagar mais 12 reais pois os mesmo não tinham falado de taxa de entrega mesmo depois de eu ter passado o meu endereço, quando informei que o erro foram deles eles falaram que o erro FOI MEU por não ter perguntado da taxa , sendo que deveria ter sido informado POR ELES quando fechamos o pedido e informamos o endereço , discutiram comigo pelo o telefone por um erro deles!!! Nunca fui tão mal tratada por um estabelecimento como fui por eles! Além do pedido ter demorado mais de 2 horas para ser entregue!
I made an order in which the lady who attended me gave me the amount, when the order arrived here it was missing, and I had already paid the amount she had informed me, they called me and informed me that I had to pay another 12 reais because they had not mentioned the delivery fee even after I had given my address, when I informed them that the error was theirs, they said that the error WAS MINE for not asking about the fee, and it should have been informed BY THEM when we closed the order and informed the address, they argued with me over the phone because of their mistake!!! I have never been treated so badly by an establishment as I was by them! Besides, the order took more than 2 hours to be delivered!
