★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos o serviço da aDriver para transportar nosso grupo de amigos após o show do Metallica realizado no Estádio do Morumbi em MAI/2022. Desde o contato inicial para obtenção de orçamento as tratativas foram rápidas e prestativas. No dia do evento o motorista Rafael foi bastante profissional e prático ao combinar conosco o melhor ponto de encontro em razão do trânsito conturbado nas imediações do estádio. O carro utilizado foi uma maxivan que transportou confortavelmente 06 adultos. O veículo estava bem limpo e conservado. Recomendo a empresa e certamente voltarei a contratar para transportes futuros.
We hired aDriver's service to transport our group of friends after the Metallica show held at Morumbi Stadium in MAI/2022. From the initial contact to obtain a quote, the negotiations were fast and helpful. On the day of the event, driver Rafael was very professional and practical in arranging for us the best meeting point due to the busy traffic in the vicinity of the stadium. The car used was a maxivan that comfortably transported 06 adults. The vehicle was very clean and maintained. I recommend the company and will certainly hire again for future transport.

O atendimento da empresa foi todo pelo WhatsApp sempre dispostos a sanar as dúvidas e simpáticos. Super recomendo serviço excelente.
I found the company through a Google search and at first I was a little apprehensive, but I was surprised by the quality of the service. Attentive, punctual driver and comfortable car. The company's service was all through WhatsApp, always willing to answer questions and friendly. I highly recommend excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na viagem que precisei fazer com adriver foram ótimos no quesito de agilidade das negociações e na simpatia/educação do motorista. Mas confesso que tiveram algumas coisas que me deixaram chateada: Primeiro o fato de não conseguir contratar um carro comum, tive que contratar um carro 4x4 por conta de um trecho de 3km de estrada de terra (mesmo sendo um trajeto tranquilo e sem risco de atolagem). Depois fiquei até um pouco insegura no processo de pagamento porque apesar de toda negociação ser feita pelo whatsApp, me enviaram os valores errado, me enviaram o link de pagamento para fazer a transação por um app que nunca tinha ouvido falar, tive que colocar meu cartão de crédito em várias tentativas de pagamento e msm assim o app não funcionava muito bem.. quase desisti nessa parte. E também me senti um pouco insegura quando estávamos de saída para viajar e percebi que a adriver tinha terceirizado o serviço para uma outra empresa de motoristas totalmente diferente. Enfim.. apesar de ter dado tudo certo no final, achei pouco profissional. E por todas essas surpresinhas desagradáveis, não achei que foi um bom custo x benefício
On the trip that I had to do with adriver, they were great in terms of agility in negotiations and in the friendliness/education of the driver. But I confess that there were some things that made me upset: First, the fact that I couldn't hire a regular car, I had to hire a 4x4 car because of a 3km stretch of dirt road (even though it was a quiet journey and no risk of getting stuck ). Then I was even a little insecure in the payment process because despite all the negotiation being done through whatsapp, they sent me the wrong amounts, they sent me the payment link to make the transaction through an app I had never heard of, I had to put my card of credit in several payment attempts and even so the app didn't work very well.. I almost gave up on that part. And I also felt a little insecure when we were leaving to travel and I realized that adriver had outsourced the service to a completely different driver company. Anyway.. despite having everything worked out in the end, I found it unprofessional. And for all these unpleasant surprises, I didn't think it was good value for money.
