★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 04/3/2021 necessitamos de uma ambulância para levar meu filho Leonardo ao médico para retirar pontos após cirurgias. Os profissionais q foram designados para nós atender, Tayron e Robson foram MARAVILHOSOS. Além de super atenciosos no cuidado com meu filho, q está com limitação dos movimentos, foram muito competentes em perceber q meu filho não estava se sentindo bem, sendo necessário, atendimento na emergência do Hospital. Agradeço muito ao bom trabalho desses profissionais e recomendo o serviço desta empresa, por ter pessoas capacitadas para bem atender.
On 3/4/2021 we need an ambulance to take my son Leonardo to the doctor to remove stitches after surgery. The professionals who were assigned to us, Tayron and Robson were WONDERFUL. In addition to being super attentive in the care of my son, who is limited in his movements, they were very competent in realizing that my son was not feeling well, being necessary, care in the emergency room of the Hospital. I am very grateful for the good work of these professionals and I recommend the service of this company, for having trained people to serve well.

Entrei em contato pra fazer um resgate de uma idosa que estava sendo mantida em cárcere privado pelo cuidador. Foi um dia muito complicado e mesmo assim foram muito profissionais e habilidosos. Obrigada de coração, o conforto dado nesse momento foi muito importante e não será esquecido. Eu super recomendo!!
I came to thank the EXCELLENT service of this very caring team, specifically Maria Isabel and André, who were the two who made the transport. I got in touch to rescue an elderly woman who was being held in private by the caregiver. It was a very complicated day and yet they were very professional and skillful. Thank you from the heart, the comfort given at that time was very important and will not be forgotten. I highly recommend it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de não ter efetuado o serviço com eles, o atendimento telefônico da funcionária foi excelente e me alertou para um detalhe que eu desconhecia e que podia inviabilizar a hospitalização do paciente. Não contratei o serviço mas merecem nota máxima pelo profissionalismo no atendimento.
Despite not having performed the service with them, the telephone service provided by the employee was excellent and alerted me to a detail that I was unaware of and that could make the patient's hospitalization unfeasible. I didn't hire the service but they deserve top marks for their professionalism in service.

A atenção, gentileza e competência do Dr.Fernando e os socorristas Maria Fernanda e Joseilson, com um atendimento carinhoso e sem nenhuma pressa nos deu certeza de que entregamos nossa mãe, com câncer aos 89 anos, às melhores mãos, num momento sofrido onde os órgãos de.minha mãe demonstravam entrar em falha. Parou de comer e a tentativa de a movimentar na cama passou a ser dolorosa. Deus abençoe estes profissionais que mais parecem anjos nas nossas vidas. Parabéns pela competência de todos.
I would like to express gratitude on behalf of my entire family to Advanced. The initial orientation we had from Jeane was already a consolation at such a difficult time. It solved everything for us. The attention, kindness and competence of Dr.Fernando and the rescuers Maria Fernanda and Joseilson, with a loving care and without any hurry, made us sure that we delivered our mother, with cancer at 89 years old, into the best hands, in a painful moment where the my mother's organs were shown to fail. She stopped eating and the attempt to move her in bed became painful. God bless these professionals who look more like angels in our lives. Congratulations on everyone's competence.
