★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na data 30/05/2017 contatei essa empresa para a compra de um servidor e um sistema Windows, após o contato foi informado a empresa que estávamos com problema de servidor ( Havia queimado) , e pedi um orçamento para a compra dos equipamentos e Softwares. Após todo o processo mandei os dados cadastrais e foi me dito que o servidor seria entregue até segunda-feira(05/05/2017); Após o final de semana, segunda feira que era pra ser a chegada do servidor, não foi entregue, sendo assim esperei até terça-feira. Na terça-feira ao final da tarde, o produto não havia chego e contatei o funcionário Felipe Ferreira de Almeida e fui informado que o produto não havia no estoque, fiquei esperando todo esse tempo pra ser informado disso agora, com o sistema parado, perdendo dinheiro, tendo que fazer tudo a mão aqui na empresa. Após isso, ele me disse que ia tentar resolver, senão poderia cotar com (OUTRO), e me enviou um email dizendo que até quarta iria chegar . Na quarta feira dia 07/06/2017 , com todos os tecnicos de TI para fazer a instalação, as 18:00 fui informado que não seria entregue por atraso; Total descaso com o cliente, ficando na mão por 4 dias, e não podendo resolver os problemas da empresa. Não recomendo para ninguém.
On 05/30/2017 I contacted this company to purchase a server and a Windows system, after the contact the company was informed that we had a server problem (It had burned), and asked for a quote for the purchase of equipment and software . After the whole process I sent the registration data and I was told that the server would be delivered until Monday (05/05/2017); After the weekend, Monday that was supposed to be the server's arrival, it wasn't delivered, so I waited until Tuesday. On Tuesday evening, the product had not arrived and I contacted the employee Felipe Ferreira de Almeida and I was informed that the product was not in stock, I was waiting all this time to be informed of this now, with the system stopped, losing money, having to do everything by hand here in the company. After that, he told me he was going to try to solve it, otherwise he could quote with (ANOTHER), and sent me an email saying that until Wednesday he would arrive. On Wednesday, 07/06/2017, with all the IT technicians to do the installation, at 18:00 I was informed that it would not be delivered due to delay; Total neglect with the customer, staying on hand for 4 days, and not being able to solve the company's problems. I don't recommend it to anyone.
