★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um familiar fez um exame de ultrason e recebeu como resultado apenas o laudo, sem imagens, pois segundo informado pela propria instituição, as imagens "não ficaram boas", depois de certa resistencia, em atender a solicitação por devolucao do pedido ou remarcacao do exame para outra data, repetiram os exames, sem as preparacoes anterioemente solicitadas ( bexiga cheia e vazia) e anexaram novas imagens, de qualidade duvidosa. (baixa nitidez comparado a exames antigos).
