Ponto negativo: primeiro eles te fazem pagar pra fazer um teste de covid que nao vale de nada. Pois chegamos no lugar, andamos pelo local, almocamos, passamos em médicos fizemos tudo antes de fazer o teste do covid . O teste foi feito so no outro dia de manhã. Ou seja de nada vale esse teste, pois se eu tiver infectada nesse primeiro dia já teria infectado alguém..... mais válido e seguro pedir pra levar um teste válido já feito ....
Tem uma nutricionista que olha feio quando está pegando alimentação, chama atenção dos clientes de uma forma muito agressiva. Pelo menos as vezes que vi e presenciei.
Um ambiente que é pra ser relaxante acaba ficando pesado !
Outro ponto negativo é não ter alimentação a tarde .
Vc almoça ao 12 dia e depois só pode comer as 18 horas. Muitas horas em jejum, quem tem problemas com diabetes como eu n é muito saudável essa pausa enorme ...
Mudaria estas coisas.
Positive point: Beautiful place. Super clean. Great organization. Cool programming.
Downside: first they make you pay to take a covid test that is worthless. Because we arrived at the place, we walked around the place, we had lunch, we went to doctors, we did everything before taking the covid test. The test was done only the other day in the morning. In other words, this test is of no use, because if I got infected on that first day I would have already infected someone..... more valid and safer to ask to take a valid test already done....
There's a nutritionist who looks bad when she's getting food, calls the customers' attention in a very aggressive way. At least the times I saw and witnessed it.
An environment that is supposed to be relaxing ends up getting heavy!
Another negative point is not having food in the afternoon.
You have lunch at the 12th day and then you can only eat at 18 hours. Many hours of fasting, those who have problems with diabetes like me, this huge break is very healthy...
It would change these things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an awesome experience. On day 3 My blood pressure began decreasing and my sense of we'll being increased. The treatments are so invigorating simple yet innovative. The people are kind and truly care about your health and experience. Cleanliness seems to be a high priority as well. The only issue we faced was the language as we do not speak Portuguese. With my wife's Spanish and familiarity with a little Portuguese, my broken Spaish and English we got by. One of the doctors speaks Spanish and broken English and another one of the doctors who speak English tried to translate for us as much as possible.
