★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei diligências para eles em 12/2018 e 01/2019 e até hoje não me pagaram os honorários.
Enviei vários emails e liguei inúmeras vezes, sempre prometem o pagamento, mas nunca o cumprem.
Realizei uma reclamação no ReclameAqui e pretendo acionar o Judiciário.
1 estrelinha de avaliação é muito mais que esse escritório merece.
 I took steps for them on 12/2018 and 01/2019 and to this day they have not paid my fees.
I sent several emails and called many times, they always promise the payment, but they never do.
I made a complaint in the ReclameAqui and I intend to initiate the Judiciary.
1 star rating is much more than this office deserves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de comprometimento, valores absurdos, atraso no pagamento, falta de ética... etc. sempre ligam com urgência e dizendo que o pagamento foi realizado que o setor vai enviar o comprovante, depois, entram em, contato com seus estagiários e prepostos, se você ligar, eles não informam o nome de nenhum advogado, sempre estão ocupados ou não podem informar o nome do advogado responsável. Diligências, só ANTECIPADO, do contrário, tenham muita paciência

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente preciso dar uma estrela. NÃO PAGAM!!!! FUJAAMMMMM. Os funcionários atendem roboticamente, você negocia um valor e TODOS os e-mails vem com valor errado, você precisa pedir pra alterar, cobram 20 vezes a demanda antes do vencimento do prazo, querem sempre para o mesmo dia sem pagar taxa de urgência, te cobram absurdamente porem NAO RESPONDEM UM E-MAIL.
Não pagam, você envia a planilha, fica cobrando o pagamento e uns 20 dias depois (somente após você ja haver perdido a paciência) te atendem e falam que não receberam a planilha.
EM RESUMO: se prepare para receber 3 ou 4 meses após cumprir a diligência !!!

Unfortunately I need to give it a star. DO NOT PAY !!!! FUJAAMMMMM. The employees answer robotically, you negotiate a value and ALL e-mails come with the wrong value, you need to ask to change, charge 20 times the demand before the deadline, always want for the same day without paying an urgent fee charge absurdly but DO NOT ANSWER AN E-MAIL.
They do not pay, you send the spreadsheet, you are collecting the payment and some 20 days later (only after you have lost your patience) they answer you and say they did not receive the spreadsheet.
IN SUMMARY: get ready to receive 3 or 4 months after completing the due diligence !!!
ABSURD !!!

Informamos que o pagamento agendado para o dia 23/06 infelizmente não foi realizado na data, devido a um imprevisto, o caixa zerou pois tiramos do nosso capital de giro para efetuar o pagamento dos correspondentes e nosso principal cliente tem pendências de pagamento desde dezembro, tivemos uma reunião por vídeo conferencia e os mesmos afirmaram que acertarão os débitos durante dois anos por meio de pagamento de boletos, na qual a diretoria já enviou todos os boletos para o cliente, os pagamentos serão realizados em todo dia 25 começando a partir de agosto.
Estamos cientes de nosso debito e não deixaremos de honrar com nossos compromissos. Peço desculpas pelo ocorrido a intenção do escritório não é atrasar o pagamento, se todos os recebimentos fluíssem corretamente não haveriam estes atrasos.
O motivo desta mensagem é deixar claro de que não deixaremos de realizar o pagamento, os mesmos foram reagendados para o dia 25/08. Podendo acontecer antes caso haja o recebimento.
Saliento novamente que o pagamento poderá acontecer antecipadamente da data informada pois temos diversos clientes com pendencias de pagamentos, na qual o financeiro está cobrando diariamente para reaver os valores para que possamos nos estabilizar financeiramente. Visto que estamos visando melhores nossas parcerias para que o cliente inadimplente não prejudique tanto o CPVB quanto o correspondente.

Isso é um absurdo! ja estamos em 01 de outubro de 2020 e nem previsão! Eles se aproveitam do fato da pandemia para postergar infinitamente... Contato pelo telefone ? Nem pensar nenhum funciona , alguns estão ate com pessoas que não tem nada haver com a empresa !! Lamentavel! E busco sim meus direitos até o fim! Não vou deixar barato não ! Essa empresa não vai ficar dando golpes em profissionais da area jurídica nunca mais !

O pessoal faz pouco caso, ou realmente não compreende as explicações que prestei para solucionar, pois, me solicitaram diversas vezes a mesma coisa.
Não recomendo a ninguém!
