★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficam ligando no meu telefone procurando a Michele. Já avisei que não sou a Michele. Hoje, sábado a noite, tocou de novo e fiz acordo no nome dela... pelo menos param de me telefonar por uns dias... Coitada da Michele...mas a culpa é da empresa
 They keep calling my phone looking for Michele. I told you I'm not Michele. Today, Saturday night, it rang again and I made a deal on her behalf... at least they stop calling me for a few days... Poor Michele...but it's the company's fault

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super falta de profissionalismo, já fazem semanas q meu marido quitou uma dívida com o Serasa e eu não entendo o pq dessa bendita empresa nos liga 4 até 5 vezes por dia. Quando não liga no telefone do meu marido liga no meu. Informamos que já foi quitada pelo serasa a mulher olha no sistema diz q realmente foi quitada e diz deixar registrado só que voltam a ligar novamente. Um inferno não temos paz. Eu não aguento mais. Nem sei quem vocês são não fizemos dívidas com vocês. Pagamos pelo SERASA e não para uma empresa de quinta q nem sei quem são. Q inferno!
Super lack of professionalism, it's been weeks since my husband paid off a debt with Serasa and I don't understand why this blessed company calls us 4 to 5 times a day. When you don't call my husband's phone, you call mine. Please be advised that it has already been paid off by serasa, the woman looks at the system and says it was really paid off and says leave it registered, but they call back again. Hell we have no peace. I can not take it anymore. I don't even know who you are, we didn't owe you any debts. We pay for SERASA and not for a farm that I don't even know who they are. What hell!

I don't owe anyone anything this loyal law firm doesn't know about laws they're calling me every day all day and night and on weekends I'm going to file a lawsuit against this shameless company!!!!

I don't recommend it, I can give less than one star, I don't even want to report my entire case here so I don't waste any more time with them, I warn you, get out of this place, don't accept anything from them, my case was thrown in the trash, I just wasted time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa só pode ser uma empresa de quinta, me importunam o dia inteiro me cobrando um emprestimo do Banco Pan, já expliquei a eles que não fiz emprestimo nenhum e que abri um processo contra o Banco Pan por causa disso, que se realizara agora no mes de junho. Minha mãe tem 93 anos e eles ficam ligando pra minha casa, importunndo o dia inteiro. Acho que vou ter de fazer um outro processo contra eles tambem.
This can only be a farm company, they pester me all day asking me for a loan from Banco Pan, I already explained to them that I didn't make any loan and that I filed a lawsuit against Banco Pan because of that, which had taken place now in the month of June. My mother is 93 years old and they keep calling my house, pestering me all day long. I think I'll have to file another lawsuit against them too.
